Here's the deal, trans persyns are being genocided, it's a hideous thing. There's hardly a day when you don't see a tranny slaughtered and lying headless in the gutter while zhir gender dystopia drag queens are dragged into cattle cars for extinction events in cis gulags.

Yes, a terrifying reality. Just the other day I was walking by the town square  and there was a poor tranny lying face down on the tarmac like a fragment of a broken child's toy. Heartrending and tragic.

The very same day at Milano's Pizza we navigated a veritable heap of dead and dying trannies, just outside the door of the pizzeria where they'd been transmassacred. The sheer trans horror of it all.

So awful, so many trannies dead due to spite, bigotry and Trumpism. It's like the killing fields of Cambodia but oh, so very much worse. Yes, it's here in North Central Texas; piles of dead trannies everywhere, a genocide.

Leaving aside Vatican I and infallibility, who is the leader of the world's Christians? Is it your local pastor or pastorene, Franklin Graham, the Episcopal Bishop of Dallas, the Patriarch of Moscow or Constantinople? No.

There is one de facto leader of the Faith and that's the Bishop of Rome, the Petrine See, the inheritor of Western imperial authority. Seriously, Christ prayed ut unum sint and where's that unity going to be focused? 

In Virginia, Jerusalem, Canterbury, epic fail, Constantinople even?  No, in Rome, which should and will be a rally point for all Christians of good faith. But in the meanwhile we have this:

Tucker Blasts Trans

 

Tucker Carlson got fierce with the increasingly violent trans craze last night, accusing it of being Christianity's "natural enemy":

The trans movement is the mirror image of Christianity, and therefore its natural enemy.

In Christianity, the price of admission is admitting that you’re not God. Christians openly concede that they have no real power over anything, and for that matter, very little personal virtue. They will tell you to your face that they are sinful and helpless and basically absurd. They’re not embarrassed about any of this. They brag about it. “That saved a wretch like me,” goes the most famous Christian hymn ever written in English.

The trans movement takes the opposite view. Trans ideology claims dominion over nature itself. We can change the identity we were born with, they will tell you with wild eyed certainty. Christians can never agree with the statement because these are powers they believe God alone possesses.

That unwillingness to agree, that failure to acknowledge a trans person’s dominion over nature, incites and enrages some in the trans community. People who believe they are God can’t stand to be reminded that they’re not.

So, Christianity and transgender orthodoxy are wholly incompatible theologies. They can never be reconciled. They are on a collision course with each other. One side is likely to draw blood before the other side. That’s what we concluded last week.

Mexican President Posts Photo Of Mayan Elf

 

Mexico's President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, popularly known as AMLO, has gone viral on the information superhighway after posting a photo of a Mayan tree elf on social media. Calling the elf an "Aluxe,"  AMLO tweeted that "everything is mystical."

Here at the Compound we agree, there's a lot of mysticism running around these days. Why do so many people connected with the Clintons end up suicided? How did Crooked Joe become the most popular president in history? Why does believing in biological gender, follow the science, make you a Fascist? How come Katie Hobbs isn't in jail? Why has the Church of England gone rainbow? All this and so very much more, a mystery.

In the meanwhile, AMLO's elf glares down from its tree at the world with glowing eyes and a baleful countenance confirming, if proof were needed, that we live in an age of miracle, mystery and wonder.

Readers of this humble and scarcely read mind blog may have missed it. Viz. Furries, people who enjoy dressing up as animals, are at the forefront of the perennial fight against Fascism. And who are these evil Fascists? Anyone bigoted enough to suggest biological sex might have something to do with gender.

What literal, brazen Nazis, and this includes TERFs (Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminists) who turned up in Glasgow last month to protest failed Scots premiere Nichola Sturgeon's hated trans id laws. No, said the women led by Kelly-Jay Keen, women are women and men are men, it's in the chromosomes, and anything else is an attack on women.

Pan to baying, barking, snorting, snuffling, whining, shrieks of outrage from some 1000 assorted furries who were in Glasgow at the same time as Keen's anti trans protest and planned a counter demo. Keen was unimpressed, tweeting:

'If the battle cry of the SfW side could be summarised as ‘I am woman, hear me roar’, the opposing chant must surely be ‘I am Colin in a cartoon animal head, hear me whine through this small air vent’.

There it was, the urban glory of WC1, and then the nightmare that is Heathrow's Terminal Three. This used to be vaguely congenial, I recall, but presents itself now as some kind of psychotic night club in a bus station sponsored by Hermes, Gucci and Tissot. 

Nightmare? Yes, but word to the wise, you can buy an airplane book at WH Smiths and a surprisingly cheap sandwich at the Boots pharmacy franchise for £1.50. I bought several, along with Nial Gaiman's Neverwhere and headed through the madding crowd to Gate 36.

The sandwiches were tasty, bizarrely, Neverwhere entertaining and the flight easy and fast, getting into DFW an hour early. What can I say, an exception which proved the rule. And then touchdown on the DFW runway and there we were, home. A taxi ride later I was back in the sylvan idyll of Winnetka Heights, Dallas, and a warm welcome from Ma LSP, "Champagne?" Most assuredly yes.

So that was that, a successful recce patrol across the Atlantic and back to Texas, safe and sound. Lessons learned? Don't lose your phone and bank card after carousing at the jolly old NatLib, do go to Mass at the excellent St. Peter's London Docks and while you're at it, spare a thought for Turner's Old Star 'round the corner from the church, well worth the visit.

In other news, CONUS is being attacked by balloons in a vicious act of asymmetrical warfare, the Scottish National Party (SNP) is in tranny turmoil and the dear old Church of England's gone even gayer than it was already, which is saying something.

Tight Lines

Some of the people who read this inconsequential mind blog catch mighty salmon, others fish for trout in clear mountain streams and lakes. Great result and more power to you, but for me today it was mostly perch. Here's a sample.

I lost count by the end of it all and most weren't very large, more in the bait fish range than anything else. Still, ferocious little snappers and fun to catch, so there was plenty of action, which I like. In fact, it's mostly what I'm there for, but the whole package is good. 

There you are under a big Texan sky, outdoors in land that's only been settled for what, 150 years? maybe less. To your right, limestone bluffs rise above the water, and on the other shore trees and brush stand like an impenetrable wall in the heat haze as big birds circle above, vultures. 

Fish

It's not truly wild but isn't so very far off. Apart from the cleaning station, of course, which has a civilized tin roof, running water and cutting boards for the guides to clean striper. A good place to fish because the water's chummed.

Mind you, perhaps a boat would be a better place to fish from and I waved to the passing Trumpist Navy as its various ships passed my position.

"Hey, lookit this monster!" I'd call out, holding up a small perch. Big ribaldry, "That a bait fish?" roar of twin Mercureys, "Should be!" But they weren't, all went back, as did a monster carp/buffalo which slipped the hook before the photo op. Big fish on a light rod. Fun.

So that was all good. In other news, the UK's setting up a Diversity and Inclusion Directorate to make sure soldiers don't say rude things about trannies or POCs. It costs £500,000 including it's Director's £110,000 salary and hopes to recruit more transsexuals and POCs into the armed forces.

That's not colonialist, imperialist oppression, it's weird, and the country sees this. By the same token, people get that "defund the police" isn't going to make their lives safer. Unless you're a Democrat in Minneapolis who's just seen their city burn.
