Texas Country

Unlike Chicago, no one's trying to manufacture a riot here in Texas, but we are mostly underwater. Smart people are investing in watercraft to navigate our newfound inland seas.

It's Like Aberystwyth But Everyone Has A Deadly Assault Rifle

I have a good mind to go fishing after visiting the flock. I might even break with tradition and catch something. In the rain.

God bless,

LSP

Well, since you are a "fisher of men", there is a tradition of catching fish as well, isn't there? I wish you luck.

All of this moisture makes me think that the global warming destruction of Texas has been put on hold. Obviously you've paid the weather tax.

We've had almost non-stop rain for weeks. It hasn't rained as hard as you guys, but it's mighty wet.

Any fools throw a riot in Texas, we'll throw a Ranger at 'em!

I'm so proud of my neighbors here in Chicago for showing what kind of class they have.

I can hardly wait to leave this God forsaken state for the green (and currently soggy) rolling hills of Kerrville, TX. I'll bet folks down there actually hold doors open for women, pull chairs out for ladies, you know, folks are not afraid to show that they still have manners.

Unlike Chicago folk, who would just as soon stab your mother and then sleep like babies at night.

Inland seas? That means they fall under the purview of the EPA!

i think Austin's paid it for the whole state, LL. And we're flooded, thanks a lot, hippies.

Very soggy here, Adrienne. Nearly got stuck in the mud earlier...

One riot, one ranger, Mattexian.

Chicago can get pretty mean, Fredd, that's for sure. You'll be better off in Kerrville. Get a boat though, if you don't already have one...

Please don't report us, Infidel.
