Man, DARPA has really hit bottom. Actually, I think the creepiest thing about Gropey Joe is that LL is right on the "pay to play" thing. Guaranteed, there are at least a dozen Democrat high officials who've had to have "the talk" with their wives about "not making a big deal" about Handsy Joe. "My career's on the line, here, Honey." That's pretty disgusting. I don't think they have any shame at all in Delaware.
