So perhaps you want to march?
Is it wrong to post this?
Cheers,

England celebrated VE Day today with a military parade in London. Well done, up the Mall they went. Can you imagine the 1945 thing of it? I can, Churchill's voice sounding, parade resounding and with it the end of an era. The mighty British Empire had fought off the rapacious Prussian Hun and won, good work, but who really won the fight? The US and Russia, leaving the UK beggared and in debt.
Some two years later the British withdrew from India, only to become, in Churchill's words, "a second rate power." Is that what the UK is now, a second or third rate power in the clutches of globalist, asset-stripping Satanists, beyond the hope of return?
Let's put it another way. Can the UK break free of its corrupt Uniparty interest and become great again? Local elections say they can and, in the meanwhile, the Household Division exists. More power to it. And if America leads the way, so be it.
Regardless, imagine the scene as the news came in, Victory in Europe. Just a heckuvva thing. I remember asking a landlady in Cheltenham, of all places, what the war had been like, "You can't imagine, we were so glad when it was over." To that point:

Please just bring me some kale chips.
47's bold actions to deport violent illegal alien criminals has been repeatedly blocked by partisan Democrat judges who want violent illegal alien criminals to remain in our country. Problem. Solution? Reopen Alcatraz. Laura Loomer reports:
President Trump just called for the notorious Alcatraz prison to be restored and reopened.
He wants it to be reopened to house the most dangerous criminals in our country so that they literally cannot return to polite society to harm anyone ever again unless they swim through the shark infested waters outside of Alcatraz prison.
Rumor has it that prisoners who tried to escape from Alcatraz either drowned or were eaten by sharks.
Good call, but is this iconic prison large enough?
You be the judge,

PS. Do you remember when Red Indians took over Alcatraz? I do, just.
Yesterday's Haiku Challenge met with spirited participation and good results, seeing a number of excellent offerings in this perennially popular verse form. Ed's submission was most terse, a simple, unadorned emoji:
They didn't, Laus Deo, and the motor pool remained oddly intact, not a dent. Tomato vines? Different story. Those young plants, put in the earth from seed a couple of weeks ago were shredded by the hail. I went outside to inspect the damage after the storm had passed. What a slaughterhouse, let's see if those vines recover and bear fruit.
In related news, the UK's Uniparty, Labour and Conservative, was given a right shredding at the ballot box today with 677 seats out of about of 1,600 going to Reform in local elections. No wonder, the punters are upset, the peasants are revolting, they don't want to be run by a gang of managerial class, open borders, rainbow corporate traitors who hate the people they govern.
You don't vote for us, so we'll just replace you, serfs, with people who will. And if labor costs sink and rents rise, so much the better for us. What banditry and what an unholy alliance of so-called Left and Right. Regardless, you can read all about it here, on UnHerd. Thanks for the link, UK pal.
So let's see where this goes. Will the tomato vines come back, will Great Britain regain her sovereignty and glory from the hands of its lying, pugnacious, hypocritical, not-fit-for-purpose, self-aggrandizing, smug, mendacious, condescending gaily hued ruling traitors?
Time, dear friends, will tell. Of course we're no stranger to this phenom in the US.
Best,
LSP
Yesterday's storm front has passed, and someone must have deep pockets to pay the Climate Cash. You'll note, as an aside, that LL is accepting precious metal, no checks obviously, to act as an intermediary with Baal and avert the Climate Crisis. Problem? Solution. That in mind, the early evening of this May Day glows with a golden light, not a single chemtrail to be seen.
So there you have it, workers of the world unite to defeat globalist rainbow tyrants and enjoy a pleasant Texan evening while you're at it. On point, we've been at this war for quite some time and here's a helpful infovideo to prove it. Perhaps you recall the Maypole scene in Wicker Man:
See what are we up against? Rainbow Satan, and it seems people are beginning to wise up. Notoriously antichrist Britain has seen a surge in young converts to Catholicism as has Ireland and France.
Converts from Islam are also a thing and I say again, would it not be within the Divine Logic to use those most opposed to the Faith to build the Faith. Where Anglicanism fits into this is another thing again.
Cheers,
LSP
I celebrate this triumph in the Waterloo Room of the East India Club, where French standards were thrown down before the Prince Regent; it was a private house at the time. Shall we beat them back again, these unelected bureaucrats? Dam straight.
So is Europe over? Only if we let it be.

Yesterday was beautiful and sunny, but it was just a ruse, a cunning device to deceive brought on by the Old Adversary. Today is different. Our Enemy the Climate has changed. Thunder rolls, while rain lashes down against the weathered timbers of the Compound's HQ with elemental, enraged fury. Not unlike Hillary on hearing the news of Trump's victory in 2016.
Are we deterred, thrown into wailing, weeping, tariff induced panic as we hunker down in our hardened bomb/tornado shelter? Hardly. First step: Stand on the porch like Ahab, braving the elements. Second Step: Gather the faithful for Evening Prayer at Mission #1, 1928 BCP thank you very much. Then say that important act of communal worship as thunder rolls like an artillery barrage and rain crashes down.
My soul doth magnify the Lord, regardless of climactic opposition. Speaking of which, do any of you pray the Roman Breviary? I used to and liked it, but its hideous English translations of psalms and canticles became too much to bear and I jettisoned the thing. For all I know there's a better variant out there but I haven't seen it.
Speaking of which, I remember talking with some senior Roman priests somewhere in Gloucestershire, years ago. They scorned the new liturgical texts, "All they had to do, Father, was use the language already worked out by the Church of England. But no, they wouldn't do that, thought they were clever. But they weren't, utterly useless." I loved those old boys.
Regardless, the Texan sky has turned that shade of green which may or may not presage a further storm. Does this mean we should pay the Weather moar tax, like some kind of Dane Geld? I say no, you might say yes. Your call.
No Rule,
LSP
There's no rest for the wicked and so I found myself hosting our Southern Deanery and several bishops, "Should we meet at Ya Ya's?" offered one pontif, and I countered, "No, I'll provide food and we'll meet at the Compound." What did this mean?
I laid it out, "Gentlemen, it's very complex and nuanced. Start at one end, seize a plate, napkin, mustard, mayonnaise, meat, cheese, perhaps a pickle and off you go." And off they went. You'll be intrigued to know roast beef was most popular. Ham? Not so much.
At the end of it all we vowed to continue the crusade against leftist liberal atheism, so no change there then. I tell you, what a good group of men, and I don't say that lightly. In other news, you may have noticed Canada's gone full NWO Com/Cap.
Good luck, frozen North. Smart people are moving South while they still can. It's warmer here. And cheaper. Not so many solar panels, you see.
LSP
PS. Word to the wise -- if you're prepping lunch for Texan clergy buy beef, medium rare obvs.
