That's the kind of guy you would assume had such a great side hustle he'd at least get a headline on CNBC. Hey, maybe he's rich. I once met a guy who was the head editor for some New Yoik publication who moved to Sedona and worked as a waiter at a restaurant called The Owl. Back in the 80's.
Heck, I've even got a side hustle. Doesn't bring in any money though.
Kid, think of all the creative talent buried in the food industry :) Mind you, I've got a gig on the side too, editing a mag, which does pay, curiously, but becomes more onerous as the years go by.
Then there's waiters, every one a creative genius :)

Good one! And good 'waiters' can make six figures a year at a high end restaurant/club.
Oh my, NFO, ain't that the truth. I don't scoff at that. Mind you, the daily after party'd get hard to navigate as the years move on, imo.
