It's been a hard day at the Compound, sweating over a hot monitor as the Peoples' Crypto surges to retest all time highs. So it's time to relax, unwind and enjoy the jukebox. First up, Godzilla. Good call, Infidel.
And what's wrong with Dang Me? Nothing at all. Great choice, Bob.
Jim chooses the Bushwackers and gets it.
Here at the Compound we go for Great Train Robbery, because it's awesome.
And this one's for LL.
Cheers,
LSP

LSP, your taste in music is WILD - and, I hasten to add, WONDERFUL, too!! The only one I remembered was Dang Me; but if I had my life to live over, I think I'd be VERY happy "grooving to" the music of all the others as well! They ALL are simply LOTS OF FUN!! Thanks for the fun trip down memory lane!
Godzilla. Yes. All is wel lin the world.
Though perhaps Althea or Alabama Getaway might be called for.
You may have noted by now that my musical tastes are rather varied. Okay, here's the latest. Now past 80 and retired, Wanda Jackson in her youth was the undisputed queen of rockabilly. She also recorded country and a Jackson 45 might have a country ballad on one side and a kick butt rocker on the other. That she was a genuine beauty didn't hurt matters as well. She remained active until just a couple of years and even passed 70 could still out rock most of the kids.

Infidel, BOTH are on the list.
Good call, Jim!
Kid, LIKE IT.
And ps. my boys like Mungo Jerry, it's kind of a meme for them. Huh.
Thanks, NFO, just trying to boost morale :)
That came out in the early 70's and we were doing all that stuff in the summertime.
Lookin for girls, riding motorcycles, havin' a drink(s). So it resonated well back then.
Roger Miller! I haven't thought about him in ages.
Back in the day, I loved his music, especially "You Can't Roller Skate in a Buffalo Herd."
Fun times!
