There is precedent for Negro Putin. Here is “The Marshal of Finland” a bio-pic about CGE Mannerheim, sometimes described as “the greatest Finn”.

This is a real film. (Starring the delightfully named Telley Savalas Otieno as Mannerheim.) Some Finnish channel provided X dollars budget, then spent something like 5X on a “making of” documentary about the film. Clearly the Finns have a sense of humor.
