Convention

You know the old saying, "Bishops should be locked up and put in a cage." So true, but there's an exception which proves the rule, Jack Iker, Bishop of Fort Worth. I tell you, I have not served under a better bishop. Professional, uncompromising in the Faith and remarkably pastoral.

That and far more in mind, it was moving to hear Bishop Jack give his last address to the Diocese before retirement at our Convention this weekend. Quite a thing. Regardless, I sat next to an interesting woman at the convention dinner who told me that when it came to religion "she'd seen and heard everything."

A Typical Owl Idol

I thought about this for less than a second and fired back, "You have? What about this. Our local Church of Christ's teaching its members that the Original Sin wasn't Adam and Eve, no, it was Adam and Lillith. You know, the demon. What about that?"

She was confused and wondered where this curious teaching came from. "Perhaps from the Kabbalah, a grimoire or even the OTO." Huh, "What's that?" Well, you get the drift and she glazed over as I explained the reinvention of occult ritual magic under the aegis of Aleister Crowley. Who can blame her?

MAGA 2020

The night finished at the hotel bar with assorted priests, bishops, and clergy, great fun, as was talking with a couple of cowboys. I figured they were with the rodeo but no, just riggers and we swapped tales of horses and broken bones. What a good crew.

Texas

Saturday saw the business of the Convention, which was mercifully brief, and I headed for home via the country route. It was alright.

Well Done Boy

I know, it's been a protracted deal and you've probably had enough. But hey, whoever said it'd be easy. That in mind, the eldest LSP boy swore-in yesterday and now belongs to USGOV.

Random Waylon

Well done, "Nodal Systems Networks" and all of that, following Basic at Benning in August. In the interim we mark time. How, riding, shooting, fishing, hunting?

Suggestions please.

Cheers,

Melania The New Eva

This inconsequential and rarely read mind blog's been accused of provincialism and a weird focus on Jussie Smollett's luvvie hate crimes.

So to set the record straight we're broadcasting Melania blasting socialism. Thanks, Adrienne, for the heads up.

Well done, First Lady.

VIVE LA REVOLUTION

Ask yourself why millions of immigrants are being encouraged to move into the West. Why western culture is denigrated, torn down and its people emasculated.

Why "whiteness" is taught to our children as some kind of original sin. Ask yourself all of this and  more while wondering who stands to benefit.

On the one hand, it's the ideologues, the leftist revolutionaries that hate the West and want to destroy it. On the other, it's their friends in business, the people that make obscene amounts of money off of a dirt cheap labor force.

And let's not forget the politicians, here in the US almost exclusively Democrat, who see votes and lots of them, keeping the donkey herd in power for generations. All with the help of their agitprop satraps in the media and Hollywood.

What a recipe for victory, until it isn't. Problem being that the indigenous people of Europe and America, the natives if you like, don't care for their replacement and beggaring at the command of NWO Global Capital.

With that in mind, here at the Compound we're looking forward to a successful march down the Champs Elysees this weekend.

Of course the hated, despised and loathed Faux Bonaparte Napoleon (FBN), Illuminati Macron, might wish his army and police force were loyal.

Teresa May, take note.

Revolutionary Rage

You may not recall but Hungary had a short-lived Communist revolution, towards the end of the first World War. George Lukacs served as People's Commissar for Education and Culture in the regime and did his best to deconstruct Christian ethics through radical sex-education in schools.

The sensible Hungarians saw through the Marxist attempt to remake human nature and society in the image of antichrist and threw the commies out, bye bye, Bela Kun.

A Lunatic Leftist Possessed by Satan

But of course their spirit lived on and we can see it today, foaming, raging, gnashing, frothing, posturing, grandstanding, teething at the prospect of losing the judiciary of the United States.

Dzerzhinsky

Hungary had the good sense to boot the hateful Lukacs into Germany, where he peddled his brand of cultural nihilism in Frankfurt and from there into America and beyond. Fast forward to today.

NWO Iluminati Evil Puppet Master Soros

George Soros, billionaire socialist heir to Lukacs, has been thrown out of his country, his organizations aren't allowed in Hungary anymore. So he's set up in Berlin; it's almost as though history's repeating itself, in a future proves past kind of way.

Iron Duke

With that in mind, they came on in the same old way and we beat them back, in the same old way. Thanks, Iron Duke, for the inspiration.

Gone Fishing

"I know," I thought cleverly to myself, "I'll go fishing." And that was the plan for Monday morning, but it nearly got derailed because of a church PO Box and taking care of business.

Load up your rig with beer and tacos and head for glory.

Still, got to the lake and cast off with worms and a couple of lures, but the fishing was slow. Sure, a couple of bites here and there but nothing much. I blame that on the malfeasant, demonic static unleashed by Fienstein and her cohort of satanists on the world. It confuses the fish.

Look what the FBI caught!

The hideous Golem representative from California and her puppet aside, I managed to catch a decent Bluegill and had a couple of strikes with topwater. Some kind of Rapala lure, I think.

Then it was time to head home, happily tired out by clambering around the rocks of Soldier's Bluff in search of fish. Next step?

Going To A Gun Show

I don't know why but there's always a surge of excitement, an uplifting movement in the force, at the prospect of going to a gun show. At least there is for me and then, when you get there, the excitement builds. So many guns, so much ammo! It's like Christmas.

A pricey Christmas, mind you, because a lot of the vendors seem to think their beat up, second hand, pawn shop wares are worth full price. I don't get that. Why would you think anyone would be dumb enough to buy your second hand Glock for the price of its new equivalent. Beats me.

Still, gun shows are fun and you never know, there might even be a bargain lurking in the wings. There wasn't this time, but there was a rainbow table and a neat 6.5 AR; which was best?

Tough call and I resisted the siren song only to weaken at the plaintive call of the young 'un.

"Please can we get a Confederate flag and an MRE?" Seeing as how the flag cost a mere 5 bucks and the MRE the same, I bought both. Eat the appalling MRE under the awesome flag, sort of thing.

Satan's Storm, Kopperl Texas

Perhaps the most startling remains of the storm was in what had been the cotton patch at Pete and Inez Burns' farm. The cotton was about knee high and a 'lucious crop' the day before, according to the couple. The next morning all that was left were carbonized stalks peeping out of the ground. The corn fared little better.

That was caused by a freak storm, which broke over the small town of Kopperl, Texas, shortly after midnight on June 15, 1960. Within minutes, temperatures climbed to 140° Fahrenheit, brought on by superheated winds gusting at 75 miles per hour as a dying thunderstorm collapsed over the rural community. Locals called it Satan's Storm.

Who knows why, or on account of what wickedness, Satan was allowed to strike Kopperl and not much remains of the town today. A hardware store sits abandoned and slowly falling into ruin across from the train station, and a fire truck rusts in the morning Texan sun. All stricken, I imagined, by the superheated wind of Satan's Storm.

The town was named after Galveston railway tycoon Moritz Kopperl and founded in the 1880s as a Bosque County shipping point on the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe railway. At its peak in 1904 the town boasted 394 souls, it has some 200 today.

There may not be a lot to see in Kopperl and maybe there never was, but you can hear the birds sing and the air is clear.

God bless,
