So What's Going On?

 

Yes, it's Holy Tuesday and the culminating week of Lent, the focal point of the liturgical year. No shortage of material for reflection in that, but what else? Only a massive cargo ship crashing into the  Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, and bringing the bridge down, thus effectively closing one of North America's largest ports.

Does that look like an accident to you?  Lara Logan thinks not, posting on X:

Multiple intel sources: Baltimore bridge collapse was an “absolutely brilliant strategic attack” on US critical infrastructure - most likely cyber - & our intel agencies know it. In information warfare terms, they just divided the US along the Mason Dixon line exactly like the Civil War. 

Second busiest strategic roadway in the nation for hazardous material now down for 4-5 years - which is how long they say it will take to recover. Bridge was built specifically to move hazardous material - fuel, diesel, propane gas, nitrogen, highly flammable materials, chemicals and oversized cargo that cannot fit in the tunnels - that supply chain now crippled. 

Make no mistake: this was an extraordinary attack in terms of planning, timing & execution. 

The two critical components on that bridge are the two load-bearing pylons on each end, closest to the shore. They are bigger, thicker and deeper than anything else. These are the anchor points and they knew that hitting either one one of them would be a fatal wound to the integrity of the bridge. 

Half a mile of bridge went in the river - likely you will have to build a new one. Also caused so much damage to the structural integrity of the bottom concrete part that you cannot see & won’t know until they take the wreckage apart. Structural destruction likely absolute. 

 

She goes on, quoting a "source:"

“They have figured out how to bring us down. As long as you stay away from the teeth of the US military, you can pick the US apart. We are arrogant and ignorant - lethal combination. Obama said they would fundamentally change America and they did. We are in a free-fall ride on a roller coaster right now - no brakes - just picking up speed.”

 

That's Lara, but what's your call, a tragic accident, incompetence, Black Swan or some kind of attack by our several enemies? Serious question on any count, and now Baltimore's in even more trouble than it already was.

Bombs Away!

Everywhere you turn there's a pipe bomb, it's like it's raining pipe bombs, you have to step over them just to cross the road.

Maxine Waters got two, Obama got one, Soros got one and Hillary got one, delivered to Chappaqua no less. CNN got one too, intended for the nation's favorite ex CIA Muslim supremo, John Brennan. And Cuomo, don't forget him! He got a pipe bomb as well, like everyone else.

Did any of the bombs work? No, and the one intended for CNN had a digital clock which cunningly didn't have an alarm. Perhaps that bomb was going to be detonated by telepathy.

The same kind of telekenesis, perhaps, that's driving a Caravan of, ahem, immigrants to the border right at election time. Psi Power's a remarkable thing, eh?

But we have to ask, why is Debbie Wasserman Schultz sending all these hoax bombs to her lib elite cabal friends?  It's not like she even tried to hide it, there's her return address right on the false flag fakey bomb parcel.

Is this some kind of internicene Illuminati civil war? Has Debbie finally had enough of  the Puppetmaster, Mad Max, the Old Crone, Jihad Brennan and the Magic O himself? 

And let's be clear, Debbie couldn't have delivered all of the bombs herself, she has to have had help. Leaving aside Corey Booker, here they are.

The Grey Army! Terrifying, isn't it. Maybe Debbie, Corey and their urban guerilla cadre will rescue the blue wave and sweep the Party into power.

In the meanwhile, Dems, listen up. DON'T, do not put your name and ADDRESS on the return label.

War Drums Pounding

As Americans we must face the possibility that we have a criminally insane government in Washington that is leading the world to destruction. (Paul Craig Roberts)

Coming straight out of the pages of you-can't-make-this-s**t-up, the US and its allies are on the brink of war with Russia, with Trump twitter blasting at 5.57 am this morning:

Russia vows to shoot down any and all missiles fired at Syria. Get ready Russia, because they will be coming, nice and new and “smart!” You shouldn’t be partners with a Gas Killing Animal who kills his people and enjoys it!

To be fair, the President's warlike tweet followed on from a statement by Russia's ambassador to Lebanon, Alexander Zaspykin, to Hezbollah's al-Manar TV:

If there is a strike by the Americans, then we refer to the statements of President [Vladimir] Putin and the chief of staff that the missiles will be downed and even the sources from which the missiles were fired.

Why America's apparent rush to war? Because Assad reportedly used chemical weapons against men, women and children in Douma, days after Trump announced his intention to withdraw troops from Syria, and months after Russia warned of future false flag chemical attacks in the region.

Leaving aside the improbability of Assad threatening his own winning position in the Syrian civil war by provoking US escalation, the reliability of anti-Assad reports of chemical weapons use, and the US-admitted fact that these aren't confirmed, why is there a war in Syria in first place? 

Surely not because Saudi Arabia and Qatar wanted to put a pipeline through Syria to export liquid natural gas and petroleum to Europe and Assad stuck with Russia and said no.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think Saudi Arabian interests and those of their bought and paid for puppets are worth another world war. Speaking of which, Trump has to win the prize for being the Worst. Russian. Puppet. Ever.

Black Pigeon Gets Truthy

Check out Black Pigeon's Syria analysis (via WRSA), in which BP suggests that the missile attack was a false flag exercise in Kabuki Theater and, most likely, a one-off event which changes nothing. 

Also note his description of the slimy, corrupt, lying, elite, smug mainstream media. The infovid's worth it for that alone. There's a neat photo of the DAARPA deranged McCain, too.

World War Three? Buy a Sofa.

As everyone knows, President Assad's been accused, yet again, of using chemical weapons in Syria and the US is being urged to go to war in Syria to put an end to such atrocity. Or to put it another way, we're supposed to go to war with Russia which obstinately persists in backing Assad to the frustration of Saudi and Qatari oil and gas concerns.

How odd that a new example of heinous Russian perfidy emerges just as the faked-up hacking narrative seems to have died a death due to a near total lack of any evidence whatsoever. Except for evidence, that is, of Democratic Party wiretapping.

Regardless, some think the chemical weapons incident is a false flag:

Just five days before the attack, U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said, “The longer-term status of President Assad will be decided by the Syrian people,” implying a definite shift in U.S. foreign policy away from regime change in Syria.

Why would Assad put such assurances in jeopardy by launching a horrific chemical attack, allowing establishment news outlets like CNN to once against use children as props to push for yet another massive war in the Middle East?

Others smell a rat and offer helpful analysis here. Others again suggest that it's not logical to kill civilians in a town you're trying to liberate.

To escape from this foreign policy maelstrom, I drove to far, far North Dallas and bought a sofa. More on that exciting story as it develops.
