This has something to do with spacecraft, apparently, which is a very fine thing, and so good for the young 'uns to get out in the field and practice their skills. Well done, good job, but here at Dallas Light Cavalry Command we take a broader, more inclusive approach.

Yes, send everyone, Signals included, out into the field to do their job. Go on boys, set up that FOB/Command Post complete with off-planet comms. Do it at night even. And while you're at it we'll send in a few teams of the Red Hand Gang (dates me) to light up the night.

Point being, even if you're not combat arms be ready to be so, and training should reflect that. Imagine, there you are, setting up a satlink and all of sudden some Spetznaz guy comes storming through. Current doctrine, apparently, says destroy your tech with an incendiary grenade and Gaia be with you.

Well, it's all very easy to be an armchair general and perhaps that's all we'll ever be because all of our wars are fought by proxy, forever. If you believe that you'll believe anything, but your call.

Russia Says No To Rainbow

 

Looks like Russia's Canadian Embassy's speaking truth to power. A "Family is a man a woman and children." How. Dare. They. What utter, total, literal, brazen NAZIs, yes, Soviet Nazis. Thank Rainbow Gaia we're pouring billion$ into this fight to defeat heterosexualists autocrats who lock up protesters for years without trial.

Imagine, when we win, as the West always does against Russia, the sheer rainbow utopia of it all. A trans bathroom on every block of the Kremlin and a plateful of insects in every sustainable, biodegrable plate. Exactly, you'll own nothing and be happy. That's what we're diversity fighting for. Seriously, how many soldiers are down with this? Just asking.

Dance, it's Earth Day!

It's Earth Day, and what better way to celebrate than with dance, liturgical dance! Or even an elemental earth healing ritual. If you do, don't forget the Setting:

Set the altar with a bowl of seeds, a cup or muffin cup with soil for each participant, a small glass of water for each participant, wind chimes, and a candle. You will use the soil, water, chimes, and candle during the section “Women Crying out for Justice.” Each participant will plant seeds in the soil as s/he shares during the reflection time, then take them home to plant. You may also want to add Earth Day objects to your altar that are important to you or your group.

Once you've got all that in place you can Call the  Elements, like this:

Oh Great Spirit of the East, House of Light and the rising sun, May the new life of spring blossom in usSo we may start each day anew, and be renewed.

(Face North, cross your arms in front of your chest and sway from side to side.)

Everyone loves Earth Day, and no one more so than us at Team LSP. So here's a little Gaia prayer to help us with that.
