People Of The Lie

 

Do you remember the worst threat to our nation's governance and self-determinant integrity since Pearl Harbor itself? Yes, of course you do, that heinous act of sedition, insurrection and attempted rebellion which took place on January 6, 2021 in Washington DC.

There they were, Proud Boys,  the Jamiroquai guy in a bison hat and many, many more, all daring to storm the Capitol building. It was like Fort Sumter all over again but maybe worse, the attempted overthrow of this great Constitutional Republic by literal, brazen Fascists. How dare they protest our famously free, fair, utterly uncorrupt electoral process and the very rule of law itself.

The literal, brazen, breathtaking temerity of it all, but unsurprising given that Trump is a Nazi Russian spy. Of course his handlers in the Kremlin would encourage their own benighted Red color revolution on his watch. So let's thank Rainbow Carbon Zero Gaia and the Uniparty that the agents of sedition were thwarted and now rot in jail.

Kyrie Eleison. What. A. Crock. Geobbels would be proud at the sheer PR, marketeer audacity of it all. Everyone knew they were lying and now we double know their deceit because Tucker's running the tapes. Will it matter, will anyone be held to account?

Don't hold your breath and in the meanwhile, people are locked up because of this lying, faked up, profiteering, arrogant, tyrannical, self-serving mendacity.

Isn't it illegal to hide exculpatory evidence? I tell you, their Father is Satan.

Everything is Mystical

 

Never a truer word from our friend AMLO and perhaps you remember the mystery religion that was the Covid cult? All those mystical rabbit's foot masks which were going to save us from a 99.9% non-fatal killer flu, especially on jetskis.

And social distancing, remember that? Keep your distance at the airport or you'll die, unlike in the plane where you won't. A bit like restaurants, which we could enter and sit down in but not stand because standing up notoriously weakens the immune system.

While you're at it, follow the mystical science all the way to the vaccines that were going to stop everyone getting the virus and don't, but at least they stop 0.1% of the populace from dying! Quite, said the athlete in peak fitness who died of a mystical heart attack.

But what am I saying, Pfizer et al have made immense sums of money in the last few years and it doesn't take an adept or shaman to work out how; just follow the cash all the way to enlightenment.

No mystery there, but that whole continents of people were caught up and vehemently believed the money making agitprop is another thing again. Goebbels himself would be proud.

As AMLO says, everything is mystical.

Surrender

 

I'll just let this repost stand as it is except to say that when I was a very junior LSP I asked a WWII vet "what was it like" when they surrendered. We were in a Morris Minor on the way to Oxford where he taught and I possibly pre-school learned. He replied, "They were incredibly disciplined, even in defeat." That's stuck with me over some 50 years.

Again, a babysitter from Germany in Texas (!) 1972, who had been in Berlin around the end. "What was it like?" She replied, "The Fuhrer would speak to us in the underground from speakers, 'Fight! We will win!'" Maybe it was Goebbels instead of the Fuhrer, and we know how his family ended. Again, an old, hoary and civilized diplomat, "I heard Hitler many times and never thought him anything other than absurd."

Stations of the Cross and Benediction

 

"It's almost that time of year, LSP, can you you help out?" asked the Rector of St. Matthias. I zeroed in, like a thermal on a hog, "You'd like me to give a Lent talk? Sure, count me in," and took the last Friday of the course.

My job was to drive to the Metrosprawl yesterday and comment on the last sentence of the Apostles Creed after assisting at Stations of the Cross. Which I did, contrasting the fear, uncertainty and deceit of the world with the boldly asserted truth of the Creed. 

Thurifer, get down!

Then came Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament,  Therefore we, before him bending, this great Sacrament revere; types and shadows have their ending, for the newer rite is here; faith, our outward sense befriending, makes our inward vision clear.

A blessing, and it was good to be back at St. Matthias and its people. The Metrosprawl? Fun to visit Ma LSP's HQ and have dinner with her and BW. Less fun to see all the mask zombies wandering about with their made in China talismans covering their faces, voluntarily. 

"I say, what's that?" "We call it a 'laptop' LSP."

They proudly "follow the science" even though the scientific language on the Chinese mask boxes says, quite specifically, that the facial wares enclosed don't protect the wearer from viruses. You'll remember Goebbels:

If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.

 

He and Magda poisoned their beautiful young children, and then killed themselves as the truth caught up with their lie at the end of the war. Death and destruction, perhaps especially of children, are the hallmarks of the People of the Lie and their Father, who was a murderer from the beginning.
