Politics of Despair or is it Just Jamiroquai?

 

Starting with this important international mind blog, many thousands have noticed the frightening similarity between UK pop legend Jamiroquai and the Horned Hippie who broke into the Capitol yesterday. With a crew of bearded freaks who were obviously, ahem, MAGA.

Is he a Qanon Shaman or an undercover intel asset with cameras in his horns, filming the wickedness of the coup? Or is he simply a West London Jazz fusion artist, looking for kicks and adventure in the dying days of an Imperial North American Republic? That's opaque, but here at the Compound we know you'd like to get the look. Here's how.

On a serious note, why did police wave and lead people into the Capitol? I don't know, but I do know that more than 70 million people aren't too pleased at our incoming governing kleptocracy, and that's just the Trumpists. Chris Hedges, a leftist, and you can imagine him voting Bernie only to be thwarted by Dominion, puts it well:

The seizure of control of the economy by a class of global speculators and corporations has ruined the lives of the very groups the Democrats pretend to lift up...

The power of politicians such as Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer or Mitch McConnell comes from being able to funnel corporate money to anointed candidates. In a functioning political system, one not saturated with corporate cash, they would not hold power. They have transformed what the Roman philosopher Cicero called a commonwealth, a res publica, a “public thing” or the “property of a people,” into an instrument of pillage and repression on behalf of a global corporate oligarchy.

 

Again:

The tinder that could ignite violent conflagrations lies ominously stacked around us. It may be triggered by Trump’s defeat in the election. Millions of disenfranchised white Americans, who see no way out of their economic and social misery, struggling with an emotional void, are seething with rage against a corrupt ruling class and bankrupt liberal elite that betrayed them. They are tired of the political stagnation, grotesque, mounting social inequality and the punishing fallout from the pandemic. Millions more alienated young men and women, also locked out of the economy and with no realistic prospect for advancement or integration, gripped by the same emotional void, have harnessed their fury in the name of tearing down the governing structures and anti-fascism. These polarized extremes are inching closer and closer to violence. 

 

His prediction?

There are three options: reform, which, given the decay in the American body politic, is impossible, revolution, or tyranny.

 

I don't agree with everything Hedges writes, which I'm sure upsets him deeply, but I'd say he nails the "corporate oligarchy" of our reigning and apparently triumphant uniparty. Trump attempted to overthrow that and faced a coup, but where will it end?

We'll see, but it won't be status quo pro ante, not by a long shot. In the meanwhile, enjoy dressing up like Jamiroquai. Does anyone listen to zhir rubbish music?

You may not have noticed the bizarre speed of the news cycle today, being in a state of shock and awe at the pyramid peak of chicanery, skulduggery, malfeasance and corruption our hanging-on-the-edge republic's sunk to. Fair play, I get that, but things are moving and moving fast.

I mean to say, AG Barr's resigned, don't say fired, CISA, heard of them?, ordered Federal Agencies & Co. to power down malignant software, including Solar Wind. That'd be the same Solar Wind Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) runs. DVS proceeded to delete Solar Wind and its client list from their webpage.

Sorry, guys, archived and screenshot to Anon and back. Foreign interference in an election? Surely not, how could it be? Say the same fools who told us 45 was a Russian spy for years on end. Dam those Kremlins. But it goes on.

A Michigan judge ordered Antrim County's DVS voting machine forensic audit be made public. Michigan's Marxist legislature tried to keep the evidence under wraps, but it broke this morning. Verdict? Massive, mind-bending fraud. No wonder they wanted to keep the results on the down low. Fail, and multiply the result across the country.

Undaunted, Michigan certified their electoral votes as they played something called the Black National Anthem, which obviously isn't racist, while blocking GOP electors from entering the building. Desperate, guys? Sorry, generic masculine = colonizer, I'll report myself. 

Friendsgiving aside, GOP electors in contested states such as GA, PA, AZ, NV, WI and on have called for 45, producing an officially contested election and dueling slates of electors. What does this mean, how will it play out?

I don't know, but I do know this. The race is fast and furious, some might get blown up, see Georgia, and some might hang if and when the trigger's pulled on '18 Executive Orders. High stakes, eh?

That in mind, bets on and don't ask the aged monkey, he's useless, if steadily ferocious. As it is, neither Biden nor 3% Kamala have resigned their million dollar socialist profit seats in the Senate.

The Church And 2020

 

What a year and who'd have thought it. A virus with a 99.?%  recovery rate shutting down the country and the rest of the West. Rampaging mobs of Anarcho-Marxists burning and looting in Democrat cities with apparent immunity. 

An election which saw hundreds of thousands of ballots, all for Biden and no down ticket, delivered in coolers and suitcases in the dead of night. Nothing shady, weird and duplicitous there. I mean to say, this is Atlanta, Philly, Detroit, Milwaukee and on.

Wow, talk about a brazen coup on the part of our establishment elite, China-shilling Uniparty. Who knows, maybe the color revolution will stall, falter and die at Supreme Court level without a shot being fired, or very few. We can but hope, but in the meanwhile, where's the Church?

You'd think, would you not, that the Church, across all her denominations would have something decisive to say. Like, "Abortion at the point of birth is really evil, you can't be a Christian and vote for politicians who support it." Or, "Marxism is inherently anti-Christ and Christians do not and should not support it," regardless of variants. Likewise, "Deceit, lies and corruption destroy our common life, our polity, and should be exposed and brought to justice. The light of the Gospel and Christ Himself demand it." 

Or something like that. But instead? Silence or mewling complicity. Shut down the churches in slavish obedience to the State, even as you put on your made in China mask. Apologize to the Marxists. Say nothing about the theft of an election. Stand still in your faux leather boots while religious freedom and what's left of Western Christendom is trampled under the smiling rainbow-hued hoof of the unicorn. A vicious beast.

Seriously, the utter, craven, subservient, cowardice of our Christian leaders at this crucial moment is astounding. At best they're silent, at worst complicit in their total failure to provide the Faithful with clear direction and leadership. 

Granted, there are exceptions, such as Cardinal Vigano and, here in the Diocese of Fort Worth, Ryan Reed. Otherwise it's deer in the headlights stasis. Take note, Bishops, Archbishops and assorted Quislings, just because you stand still in the face of an onrushing truck doesn't mean it won't run over and obliterate you. 

To shoot from another angle, by all means go against the Holy Spirit but be prepared to be relentlessly destroyed by that same Spirit.
