Sorry I Missed Church

Just kidding. Prime rib's in the oven and medium rare's the way, is there any other way? Feel free to chime in, even though there is a rule.

Well - we suffered through a Australian grass fed and finished New York steak. It was awful. Not really! Yummy!!!!

A neighbor filled our hallway with the smell of baking ham. Stopped by and gave me a slice. Delicious.

No no, “Haze gray and underway” is the only way.

Kinda reading between Jim's lines here, and apologies in advance if I misread the content, but during what passed for my "career" I got to/had to take a lot of folks in the poultry industry to lunch or supper. And I don't recall a single one of them ordering chicken. Whilst the beef guys would gleefully scarf up their own products. Make of that what you will.

A neighbor needed help driving to the ER on Easter. He developed a blood clot in his shoulder post-surgical, it swelled up and turned black. So I drove and ended up eating a taco bell burrito from the drive-through. Better to be eating prime rib with LSP on Easter.

Your corporal work of mercy will be remembered long past the taste of Easter dinner. And, some believe, it will cancel the Taco Bell calories too... now that would be a real Easter miracle.

Noted, Mike.

Yes, Jim, that is the way.

Wild, I'm not an enemy of chicken, far from it. In fact, grilling chicken thighs has become a preoccupation lately. But beef is King.

Well done, LL, duty called and you answered. I'm sorry you had to face off against Taco Bell. It's strange to me that that chain's still in existence.

Amen to all of that, Anon. Happy Easter.
