From working with cops doing lineups and age-enhancements and such, the face of Ghislane looks like a fatter, older and unpleasant-er looking version. People don't understand how prison ages one, especially the lack of natural lighting and access to high-quality vitamins and food.
I'd need to see a profile of each of the two faces to really make a 'conspiracy theory' level determination.
It's like Biden's ears, all easily explained by really good/bad plastic surgery that he wasn't known to have but probably did have. "Oh, Biden's been replaced by a stand-in." Uh, or he had some seriously heavy facelifting.
Photos, especially any photos from the eneMedia, are very suspect as they have been touching, retouching and manipulating photos since photos first became part of the eneMedia's tool kit.
I’m sure Im not the first to think it but photo evidence is no longer compelling. The earlier photo may well have been adjusted via filters to make her look more attractive and the prison photo may well be what she looks like unaided by technology.
