Those Russkie pranksters are at it again, this time broadcasting Swan Lake from their Cold War radio channel UVB-76, transmitted on 4625 kHz. Those pesky Kremlins did something similar in 1991 during the August coup. So what could this cryptic crisis message possibly mean today? As we reflect on this, admire Tchaikovsky's beautiful ballet.
And don't say flight of the Oreshnik.

Obviously this is all Donald Trump's fault. Or perhaps it's those pesky anti-Vatican II'ers who insist on worshiping in Latin.
Yes, Infidel, they must be brought to account.
Several TG channels, Russian and Ukrainian, repeated the stories about the alleged UVB-76 mini-concert. Many songs were allegedly played, not just Swan Lake. Some suggested - assuming the broadcasts were real and not just another fake TG provocation - that Russia is intentionally taunting Ukraine after the attack on Putin's "Ужин" lair on Lake Valday. Others suggested a "hack" of the transmission. Perhaps the soldier on duty was left unsupervised by the прапор, and things got out of hand with some alcohol in the bunker, given the probable holiday duty schedule. One of the songs purportedly played was "Бам Бам Бам! Мы стреляем по хохлам!" with lyrics as foul as you can imagine. Given Putin's well-known hostility to русский МАТ, it seems unlikely that any of this purported activity was an authorized broadcast on UVB-76. Бам Бам Бам! is so awful, I doubt a Ukrainian hacker would choose it, either.
