In reference to that 'picture of health,' I will resort to my ultimate statement of bloated wymyn who exist to ruin men's lives, and she will henceforth be mentioned by the name 'Shelob.'
I first used that name on the wife of a friend of mine. She went from a decent woman to a bloated, home destroying waste of breathable air that trapped Lance in a loveless horrid marriage that he could not escape from until the youngest daughter turned 18. He went from a fun, vibrant, happy guy to someone more resembling the survivor of some Black Company (Japanese term for abusive over-working underpaying jobs) Death March (where you stay in the office until the job is done, today, next week, next month, doesn't matter, you sleep at your desk for an hour or so... that's a Death March.) He did all the cleaning, cooking, fixing, shuttling the children for the most part. She turned into a soul-destroying blob of a human who's main goal in life was to become a permanent part of her favorite sofa.
A female Jabba the Hut. Jabba the Huttette. Shelob. Bloated death spider sucking the life out of people.
Now, I like shapely women, zaftig, chubby, more cushion for the pussin, plump, bbw, obese as long as said women are shapely and still can move and do things. Become a bloated pustule and that's a big no for me.
So for me to call a wide-body 'Shelob' is, well, yeah. She's not attractive. You can see the depths of her soul in that picture, which could be used to curdle milk while still in the cow.
It's heartbreaking to hear about the tragedy in Germany. My thoughts are with the victims and their families. Violence like this is devastating no matter where it happens.

We'll need to hire my good buddy L-L to do marketing research, LSP for spiritual enlightenment and exorcisms of your cheap, crappy machines before delivery so there will be some chance they actually work, Beans to run our human resources department, WSF for fleet operations because everybody will need a car, also big ones and none of that cheap crap you people make, and Old NFO to fly the company jet around on sales trips. I did mention a company jet, right? That's just to start, we'll need to hire others as we go along. $500-K a year to start, plus commissions to attract the right people. Also need to figure in 15% for The Big Guy, off your end, of course. Used to be 10% of course, but inflation, you know. Call me. We can make this work!

As to Germany the news is all over the place. Already seen "apologists" saying the Saudi "doctor" was anti Muslim and anti left (implication that he can stay in Germany)? Also that Germany refused to extradite him to Saudi where he is apparently considered a criminal. Seems to me it is the German side that has to get their act together and expel all miscreants back to country of origin. Same as here, come to think of it.
As always LSP, engaging and a lovely bit of humor-in-the-face-of-doom, which we all need in these notoriously grim times. (Happy Christmas? Hardly, for some) As is often the case, you do skew a bit off target at the end--into the weeds pol-wise as it were--but, as you often say yourself, whatever. Still, very thought provoking, but so are the incidents at hand.
In remotest agreement with 'beans' (?) it does make me wonder indeed what kind of recriminations would take place if, god forbid, someone drove a lorry into a large swath of pilgrims making their hajj to Mecca. That is after the assailants were torn to shreds by the mob, who were merely out on their rounds, looking to be "lovers-of-peace." The rest of his comments and advice seem to reflect the very same vengeance-bred antagonism he condemns in perceived muslim behavior, however. Not constructive. Part II has whiffs of incel attitude to it, also not good. I love your use of language Lone, but alas provocations on your part still abound and always make me wonder further.
It seems to me that perhaps a small dose of progressive attitude on all sides could help right the disaster that is all of it? Just a thought.

The Crusades occurred because peaceful Christians let muslims into their neighborhoods and towns and areas in The Holy Lands. And then said muslims went full muslim. Same with North Africa, either slowly and then suddenly, or just suddenly by invasion. Same same with Spain. And then them bitching for 700 years about the Reconquista, "Can't we just get along (while we rape your women and castrate your boys and rape them too?)
Look, I'm all for muslims peacefully coexisting with non-muslims. If they'd just do it. Show me where the radically militant Christians are running over muslims, shooting muslims, setting bombs off in muslim schools, stabbing muslims in the street, throwing acid on muslims not dressed like Christians, raping muslim girls and boys and getting away with it and I'll condemn said radically militant Christians.
And that last line, well, it's something we Christians do. When one (or more) of our own act beyond the pale and go off the reservation, so to speak, we as individual and group Christians condemn said radicals and will punish them when we catch them.
Radical jihadist muslim? The muslim world either openly or quietly celebrates their radical behaviour. At the worst, by not saying anything against said radicals implies tacit agreement with said radical actions. Where are the muslim newscasters condemning radical jihadist actions? Where are the rallies where diverse muslims openly condemn the radical jihadists? Where are the hit squads and kill squads by 'moderate muslim' countries actively chasing down radical jihadists?
Until moderate muslims actually become moderates and renounce their radical brethren and openly act against their radical brethren (and not in tribal warfare like Iraq vs Iran and such,) then the only way to have no muslim violence like, oh, say, running over holiday vacationers in France or Germany, or shooting up a news organization, or showing up to shoot up an art exhibit in Texas (while the FBI sat on their posteriors...) or or or, is to, to paraphrase the words of Abbot Arnaud Almeric, "Kill them all, Allah will know his own."
I pray daily that common sense and decency will suddenly strike the muslim 'refugees' and 'immigrants' and 'guest workers' in the civilized world and they'll settle down and control their own. But, no, this isn't happening, except, as far as I can tell, in Israel. And to some extent here in the US.
But, again, do 'our' muslims stand up in solidarity and call out the actions of radical buttheads? No. Nope. For the most part. And what is truly sad is the few that do get dogged down and hammered on by their fellow 'moderates.'
The Sikhs are right. We cannot live in peace with them. I'm 61 years old and never have muslims stopped taking slaves, killing Christians, murdering non-muslims, since I was born. I'm tired of the lies about the Christian Crusaders or the Spanish Inquisition. I'm tired of being told that because I am Christian everything that is wrong in this world is my fault. That every sin is mine. That every death, slave, attack, murder, burning forests (in Australia, muslims love to set the forests on fire and the whites blame it on 'climate change) and on and on. It's not me. It's muslims. Over and over and over again.
I just want a peaceful Advent and Christmastide. Without muslim violence against Christians. And a peaceful Hannuckah. Without muslim violence against Jews. Is that too much to ask for? Apparently the answer is, yes, it is too much to ask for.
I've turned the other cheek. How many times must I, and the Western World, turn the other cheek until there are no more cheeks to turn?
Curtis Le May had the right concept of warfare, as did Patton. Kill the enemy in large numbers, eventually they stop fighting. That said, in the Muslim case, it does not work. For 1400 plus years they have been beaten back, retreated, then after a century or two, re-kindle the wars. Frankly, I do not see that there will ever be peace between Muslims and everyone else until one of two things happen. The entirety of the practitioners die off, or there is genuine reform from the top down and bottom up, with a complete renunciation of the original Q'ran and a reformed religion established. I don't see either happening so the reality is that there will be friction/war forever at every point of contact. This begs the question as to why the rest of the world even allows them to enter their countries?
Note: Anyone that calls this hate speech should really go and do a bit of study on history. Truth is the pattern is crystal clear and repetitive. Yes, I study history and my ancestors hailed from Spain, England, Armenia and France - every one having dealt or is still dealing with the reality cited.
