Aaaaaand He's Gone

Exit stage left for the world's most unpopular Etonian, Justsin Welby. Not content with rallying for homosexual sex, Justsin just covered it up. Now he's gone, resigned in disgrace. Such Terrible PR for Eton and the Trav (Travellers Club).

you utter frauds

So who will fill the vacancy? Good question. Guinea on the chick, if you can call it that. But whatev, your call, as always.

Your Old Pal,

I'm guessing a post-modern Marxist heretic; someone on the Pope's speed dial.

Maybe common sense and religious furor will cause a pro-God, pro-tradition candidate to appear and be elevated to the high seat.

At least, for the sake of the CoE, it should.

The choice will spell the future of the CoE. Go with the fruity prog leftist and the CoE is dead and gone in 10 years, max, as traditional churches break off to escape the stupidity and the prog-left churches wither on the vine.

How about Liz Cheney to lead the Anglican church? She's respected by the left and needs a job.

Well, well, we;l - such good news. Will the replacement be any better? As with the "Romans", I will not be holding my breath.

As a heathern Protestant, you can't expect me to keep up with all these messy little COE alliances, but would that be FELLOW Travelers Club?

I'm curious. Do you read/follow Bayou Renaissance Man?

Exactly, Anon. And a class traitor: Eton/Trav.

Fom time to time, Anon. TBH, my bog reading's kinda slipped over the last year or so. Must catch up.

Maybe it is time to put on your spurs and go liberate and restore the Church of England. You probably have more than enough firepower at hand.

That's a great call, Surfer, and I do, but... have to let the boys over there sort out there own deal. At least for now.

Bog reading?
Exactly. So long as there’s WiFi, there’s never a lack of boghouse reading material.
