God, Guns, Church & Country Life in Texas & Anything Else I Care to Think of.
She was, without doubt, the real deal, and with her goes the passing of an age. Rest in peace, your Majesty.
LSP
Earlier today it seemed like she was just under the weather from what I heard, now I hear what you report. Sad days.Rest in Peace, Your Highness.
God Save The Queen, Parson. She was truly a class act, and she'll be missed.Passing of an age, indeed.....
She will be missed and our world is a poorer place with her passing.
The last remnant of the 20th century. May she rest in peace, she deserves it!
+1 on the passing of an age. Someone remarked that her life spanned over one third of our country's existence. I rather like this sentiment--https://nonoriginalrants.blogspot.com/2022/09/now-shes-with-her-beloved-phillip.html
RIP - a genuine Queen. Something quite unique in the world.
She was what we in America imagine royalty to be: Classy.
Her Majesty was genuinely one of a kind. We are all poorer today.
She wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty, either.https://www.cheatsheet.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Princess-Elizabeth.jpgNot real sure how to define "class", but there's plenty of it in that pic.
I can't add to that. Respect.
She always conducted herself with grace.
She surely did, Jim.
Total respect, Kid. What a loss.
Wild, one of the many things that revolts me about the left is the way they forget HRH and her husband fought literal Fascists/Nazis in the last big one. Your link brought that home, again.
We most certainly are, BF. What a loss.
She was remarkable, Infidel.Diana didn't move me, but she has.
Mr. LL, I totally agree.Juliette says, 'It's as if England's backbone has been removed."She most surely has a point. But I won't bang on.
I love that, RHT.
NFO, and perhaps the 19th?Remarkable person.
It most surely is, WSF.Btw, my most serious cowboy/rodeo friends (Montana) have/had a great love for her. Pertly because of her equestrianism!
Oh, drjim, this is most definitely seismic. Please, CIII, rise to the challenge.
Linda, what a woman. Words fail.May she rest in peace and rise in glory.Pretty cut up about it, have to say.
From the UK, 'Thank you all' for your kind and respectful comments.
Thank you, Bad Frog.
