Everyone will have noticed that Europe's fiscal policy, and by extension the value of our own fiat currency, is going extremely well, which is why there are absolutely no runs on banks anywhere -- especially not in Greece and Spain.

I am convinced that we as a nation are incapable of learning any lessons whatsoever.
My stomach turns over as well when I contemplate our future, and it is doubly sickening knowing we have it in our power to turn away from the path of madness...
I have to agree, Silverfiddle. There's something very "edge of the abyss" about things right about now. Hopefully I'm being overdramatic...
