Nessie's Back

Do you remember the Loch Ness Monster? Sure you do, an historic cryptid if ever there was one. There it is, according to sightings for a solid 100 years, a sea serpent, perhaps a living dinosaur, in a loch, in Scotlamd.

Far out, I guess Nessie just paleolithic sea monster decided to beat its friends' extinction event by hanging out in the 230 meter depth of a Scottish loch, undisturbed. A sleeper agent from the Younger Dryas and beyond, sorta thing.

Ha, ha, how stupid, like the Anglican Church of Canada itself (ACOC) or its older brother, the dying Church of England (COE). But not so fast, punters. Unlike ACOC and the risibly rainbow COW Nessie shows signs of life.

Seriously, some fisher persyns mapped out a sonar image of the beast. Like no fooling. What does this mean? At the very least that Team LSP has to foray into Scotland and get to the root of the matter. As in, see if there's a dinosaur in that loch or not.

In the meanwhile, our beloved rulers refuse to help Trump voting citizens in America despite spending billions on money laundered aid to the living monster that is Ukraine.

Cheers,

LSP

Kackling Kamala just posted on X that the US government is sending $157 million to the people of Lebanon (the country) to rebuild after the evil Israelis thrashed the place.

Gee, where's even $100 million to North Carolina that's not allocated for globo-homos or illegal aliens or Haitian asylum seekers?

Crickets from the stupid Biden Administration and the even stupider Vice President (who, gee, should have been arrested by Vice Cops, so maybe the Vice is very appropriate here.)

Gah. I can't even say right now without permanently blackening my soul due to the excessive curse words and dark feelings how much I truly despise the current Federal Government and how that 'Civil War' movie looks more and more like it's happening (except that whole California rising up thingy.)

There's absolutely no way that sonar image is a sunken tree trunk, or an inversion anomaly.

The feckless behavior of FEMA isn't new. What exposes the terrible response of the money pit denizens is the terrain that makes relief efforts an arduous task. With hurricanes along the coast, or floods in the Midwest, is the huge amount of area easily accessible by boat, or helicopter. In the mountains, even the best of helicopter pilots are wary, and mechanized vehicles can't be used. A very well organized group is required for such rescue efforts, and FEMA is filled with bureaucrats that know the proper pronouns to stay employed.

Our citizens helping citizens despite the Federal Government. As an example, utility workers from all over the country going to North Carolina to help restore power lines.

My patron saint had a “run in” with Nessie…..

One of the most enduring legends associated with St. Columba is his encounter with the Loch Ness Monster. As the story goes, while Columba was visiting the Pictish courts, he came upon a group of people burying a man near the River Ness. The man had been reportedly attacked by a “water beast” while swimming. Columba, upon hearing this, sent one of his followers to swim across the river. As the beast approached the swimmer, Columba made the sign of the cross and commanded the creature to “go no further, and touch the man not.” The creature halted as if it had been “pulled back with ropes” and fled, and Columba’s follower returned to his companions unharmed.

A trip to Scotland sounds like a plan. Fishing and distilleries- what's not to like?

My dear Jess, are you somehow saying that FEMA isn't sufficient?

Beans, I'm confused.

Are you saying we should somehow balance the budget?
