Christ The King

It's the Feast of Christ the King today, instituted by Pius XI in 1925 to assert the sovereignty of our Lord in the face of increasing godlessness and godlessness it was. Margaret Sanger, who went on to found Planned Parenthood, expressed its spirit shouting out from her magazine Woman Rebel, "No Gods No Masters!"

That was in 1914, three years before the Bolshevik revolution in Russia and its enraged attack on the Church. In illo tempore the infamous British occultist Aleister Crowley had written, "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law." And there you have it, your will, not God's, is the rule.

Fast forward to today and the Sangerite spirit's alive and kicking, and if Crowley's do what thou wilt is the movement's creed, then transgenderism and abortion are its unholy sacraments, outward and visible signs of inward and spiritual rebellion against God.

Against this, the Church says no, you are not Gods and there is one true sovereign, Christ, Incarnate, Crucified and Risen, who breaks the power of sin, death and hell from the throne of the Cross. And as he ascended so will he descend, with clouds of glory to judge the quick and the dead, to separate the wheat from the chaff, the sheep from the goats. Message to market?

Get right with him, love him, follow him, and obey his commandments so that when he comes and we see him face to face he will know us as true and loyal subjects, as sheep of his own fold, and welcome us to the green pastures and still waters of paradise.

Oremus:

Almighty and everlasting God, whose will it is to restore all things in thy well-beloved Son, the King of kings and Lord of lords: Mercifully grant that the peoples of the earth, divided and enslaved by sin, may be freed and brought together under his most gracious rule; who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

Dallas Goes Full Zelensky

Just back from the metrosprawl and what a good visit, grilling, a custom AR which sadly got lost when the kayak overturned in the Trinity and on. But I noticed something strange, Dallas had gone full Zelensky.

This is OK Now

All the people in Ma LSP's neighborhood who support BLM, tranny everything, open borders and abortion to the point of birth also support the Ukraine. You can tell this by their ubiquitous flags and annoying yard signs, "I stand with Ukraine."

Just Some Furry

Leaving aside the risible fad of believing the next corporate driven agitprop big thing, we have to ask, "Oh, you do, do you?" Perhaps that's why you support literal Nazis, AZOV, RIGHT SECTOR, AIDAR and on.

Dammit, I told you not to!

Shouldn't that be strange or even dissonant? Apparently not. Our elite Martha's Vineyard rulers' hold on the minds of the ProgLeft is seemingly complete. That in mind, Nancy Pelosi has the sheer gall to get up in Congress and quote the Bible, "I was hungry and you fed me." And no one's called her on a fraudulent $40 billion, maybe they're all innit together.

Ahem

Tell us, Nancy, and all the rest of our ruling gerontocracy, what are your financial concerns in the Ukraine? And while we're at it, readers, keep some sanitizer handy.

You Utter Racists!

We must call people racist even harder. What a winning electoral strategy. Via the Bee:

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Still reeling from their election losses, Democrats have vowed to adjust their strategy by calling people racist even harder.

"The real reason we didn't win these elections is because we weren't calling people racist hard enough," said Joy Ann Reid, Democrat activist/journalist. "We called voters racist on the hour, when we really should have been doing it every minute. And we should have been doing it with more anger and passion.

"I really think it was that we didn't try hard enough to look like insane deranged lunatics. We really need to lean into that more." Reid then screamed at the sky to demonstrate what her fellow Democrat activists should have been doing the whole time.

Terry McAuliffe acknowledged his failure to call people racist with enough frequency and fervor. "I tried my hardest to suggest that the people I wanted to vote for me were hopelessly racist and bigoted. I failed at that task. Next time, I'll just wear a T-shirt 24/7 that says 'you are a racist, dummy' so people will get the picture." McAuliffe went on to say that he also thinks not emphasizing his plan to steal children's minds from their parents enough was a missed opportunity.

At publishing time, the Lincoln Project had vowed to dress more people up as (Tiki) Nazis to really sway the election in their favor.

March For Life 2019

Upwards of 200,000 and possibly more attended the 46th annual March for Life in Washington DC, filling the Mall. They were addressed by Vice President Mike Pence:

We gather here today because we know we still have much work to do. We urge you to stand strong. Stand with that love and compassion as you stand for life, and know that we will stand with you until that great day comes where we restore the sanctity of life to the center of American law.

Pence went on to introduce President Trump, who gave a video address stating:

We are supporting the loving choice of adoption and foster care, including through the support of faith-based adoption services. And I am supporting the U.S. Senate's effort to make permanent the Hyde Amendment, which prohibits taxpayer funding for abortion in spending bills.
Today I have signed a letter to Congress to make clear that if they send any legislation to my desk that weakens the protection of human life, I will issue a veto. And we have the support to uphold those vetoes.
Every child is a sacred gift from God. As this year's March For Life theme says, each person is unique from Day One. That is a very important phrase. Unique from Day One. And so true.

Well said, Pence and Trump, and in stunning contrast to the previous administration, which enthusiastically advocated killing babies in the womb. I'll call it as I see it.

How can any Christian, perhaps especially catholics, continue to support a party which platforms on infanticide. All in the name of demonic self-will, deceitfully masquerading as freedom and healthcare.

The modern abortion movement was founded on lies and its patron anti-saint Margaret Sanger famously shrieked out "No Gods, no Masters!" On the contrary, she and her heirs have a God and a Master but don't kid yourself for an instant that such a beast lives in heaven.

There will be a reckoning.

All for life,

Chicago Slaughterhouse

A Typical Ghetto Street Scene

Gun controlled, leftist, Democrat Chicago saw some 63 shootings since Friday. The city's West and South side are like Northern Ireland at the height of the "troubles" but worse. It's just one instance of our dirty urban hellhole secret and it's not getting better.

So much so that Chicago blacks are turning to the President for help and who can blame them, ultra lib Rahm Emmanuel hasn't helped, he's continued the Dem status quo. But it looks like people are fixing to get off the plantation:

"It’s my fervent hope that President Trump – who has frequently commented about the terrible violence plaguing the city – will intervene soon and provide federal law enforcement officers and funding to save lives of innocent men, women and children being gunned down every day in my hometown of Chicago."

In The Ghetto

If the Democrats really cared about people they'd be working all out to fix it. But no. Prosperous, working, functioning inner cities don't fit into their buy-votes-with-handouts scheme. Here's Candace again, speaking from the Ministry of Telling it Like it is:

Well said, Candace, less government, please. In the meanwhile, it seems there isn't much of that left in Chicago. Better sort it out; I'll leave you to parse the "or else."

Who Will Be The Next PB?

Known to her friends as a Rainbow Warrior Rockstar and to her enemies as a Boy Bishop Harridan Witch, Katharine Jefferts Schori certainly provokes strong emotions. But not for long. Soon she will be passing on the baton of leading the Episcopal Church to someone else. So who will be the next Presiding Bishop of the fabulously wealthy but numbers-thin denomination?

There are several contenders for the post  of top TEC pontiff.

Felix Dzerzhinsky

Felix Dzerzhinsky, scion of minor Polish nobility and feared head of the Soviet secret police, the infamous Cheka, is widely touted as a possible successor to Schori. "He keeps on mission," stated one pundit.

Anton LaVey

Anton LaVey, renowned Satanist and Dzerzhinsky look-alike, is also in the running. LaVey's "do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law" Crowleyism make him a good fit for the office of Presiding Bishop. LaVey is a serious contender to the pansexualist TEC throne.

Margaret Sanger

The Episcopal Church is an enthusiastic supporter of abortion and champions the right of women to "break through the stained glass ceiling." Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood and proponent of Havelockian "sex magicke", is an obvious shoe-in for the position of Bishop-in-Charge of the Episcopal Church.

Gale Sondergaard

Speculation is also building that Gale Sondergaard has been invited to take on the role of "PB". However, it's rumored  that Sondergaard is "reluctant to wear the disfiguring makeup," and fears "it could damage her career." Sondergaard could well drop out of the running for the coveted role of leading the moneyed but  rapidly declining denomination.

Who will be the next PB? Dzerrzhinsky, LaVey, Sanger or Sondergaard?

You, the reader, are invited to be the judge.

Exterminate!

No Gods, No Masters!
Being a simple country padre, who likes to ride, shoot and get out in the field against the menacing doves, coyotes and, opportunity permitting, hogs, I wasn't aware that Margaret Sanger's Planned Parenthood received millions of dollars every year from Uncle Sam. A little under a million dollars a day, according to CNS and no wonder, Planned Parenthood performed 332,378 abortions in 2009, or around one "termination" for every two seconds of every day in the year. That's a pretty high volume service to the public; just think of all those children who would otherwise be running around if it weren't for PP's taxpayer subsidy.

Top TEC Bishop, Sanger Supporter

By way of interest, Sanger, who coined the phrase that a woman should be "absolute mistress of her own body" as well as that old classic, "No Gods, No Masters!" is avidly supported by the same team who brought The Episcopal Church (TEC) and it's little sister, the Anglican Church of Canada (ACoC), women priests and bishops.

Clergypersons
Enthusiastic efforts to keep the population down have done both denominations a power of good. England looks set to follow suit.

Exterminate!
In the meanwhile, birth rates are falling to below replacement level; whence the urge to demographic suicide?

Lord have mercy.

Angels

Archangel Michaelerkirche, Vienna
Being an LSP isn't just about horses, guns and underhand attacks on the "agitprop abomination" (thanks Silverfiddle) that is TEC and the extra-planetary ACoC. No, sometimes it involves reflection on the Angels. What are these creatures?

If you're a dogmatic atheist the answer's simple - they're figments of overheated imaginations. Madeleine Murray O'Hair and Margaret Sanger probably thought that, but to the faithful they're something else again.

Here's some basic background:

Being spirits, we can say that angels are invisible, immaterial essences and therefore not bound by physical constraints. However, we learn from Scripture that angels interact with the material world and can assume bodily appearance, for example, rolling away the stone of the empty tomb (Matthew 28:2; Mark 16:3-4).

O'Hair, not an angel
Likewise, they appear as messengers of the Divine will and harbingers of His judgement, notoriously so in John's Apocalypse, where they exercise power and control of the elements to bring about the consummation of the Kingdom. Possessed of intellect, emotion and volition and living in a permanent state of heavenly bliss, they act in harmony with the will of God against the forces of wickedness - not least that of Satan and his apostate angels whose end is destruction.

Tradition, relying on Scripture and the teaching of the Church Fathers, assigns nine ranks to the angelic host:  Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones, Dominions, Virtues, Powers, Principalities, Archangels, Angels, with each rank having a different function. Seraphim, for example, worship before the throne of God (Isaiah 6:2-3; Revelation 4:8), while the Archangel Michael leads the angelic army against Satan (Revelation 12:7).

Again, Tradition assigns each person and place an angel, from heavenly bodies to Airborne units.

Archangel Michael, Airborne Patron

And, if you want to learn more about angelic natures it's probably best to check out the Medieval schoolmen who devoted great mental energy to the thing. I find it interesting and suspect that the subjects of the inquiry served as vehicles for broader metaphysical speculation - but my preference aside, it seems abstruse  and fantastical to most people today.

So, granted belief, what are we to make of the angels?

On the one hand, it seems comforting to think that we have supernatural guardians, but when we reflect on their implacable goodness perhaps an element of healthy respect and awe is also in order.

Remember the Cherubim in Genesis 3:24 - they were possessed of a flaming sword. Not to be conjured with lightly.

Just a lot of nice people

You'll have to forgive the lack of gun and horse posts but I've been busy with our holy mother, the Church, which oddly enough led me to this interesting Bakunin quote:

“The Evil One is the satanic revolt against divine authority, revolt in which we see the fecund germ of all human emancipations, the revolution. Socialists recognize each other by the words, “In the name of the one to whom a great wrong has been done.” Satan (is) the eternal rebel, the first freethinker and the emancipator of worlds (he) emancipates (and) stamps upon his brow the seal of liberty…in urging (man) to disobey and eat of the fruit of knowledge. In this revolution we will have to awaken the Devil in the people, to stir up the basest passions. Our mission is to destroy, not to edify. The passion of destruction is a creative passion.”

Of course Bakunin was all about destroying bourgeois oppression; part of that was the family. Margaret Sanger, eugenicist founder of Planned Parenthood, had this to say:

"The marriage bed is the most degenerative influence in the social order," and that, "The most merciful thing that a family does to one of its infant members is to kill it."

Sanger, one of 'sex magician' Havelock Ellis' lovers, was friendly with H.G. Wells and Aldous Huxley, among others. Her organisation had no connection whatsoever with Alfred Kinsey, who had nothing to do in any way with "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law" Aleistair Crowley. AC fancied himself the 'Beast' as foretold by St. John, and so, perhaps, we return full circle to Bakunin.

Charmers.

God bless,

Lebensraum

Justice Ginsberg - getting rid of undesirables

Speaking to the New York Times, Justice Ginsburg had this to say about Roe v. Wade:

Q: "Are you talking about the distances women have to travel because in parts of the country, abortion is essentially unavailable, because there are so few doctors and clinics that do the procedure? And also, the lack of Medicaid abortions for poor women?"

Justice Ginsburg: "Yes, the ruling about that surprised me. [Harris v. McRae -- in 1980 the court upheld the Hyde Amendment, which forbids the use of Medicaid for abortions.] Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don't want to have too many of. So that Roe was going to be then set up for Medicaid funding for abortion."

Question: Who was concerned about 'population growth' in the 1970s and just who is it that Ginsburg's 'we' would rather have less of? Surely not the poor people that Ehrlich wanted to eliminate in his discredited catastrophe theory "The Population Bomb." And what about Dr. John Holdren, Obama's new Science & Technology Czar? He was pretty active in the '70s too, advocating (see Lindy's Blog) that:

Women could be forced to abort their pregnancies, whether they wanted to or not.

The population at large could be sterilized by infertility drugs intentionally put into the nation’s drinking water or in food.

Single mothers and teen mothers should have their babies seized from them against their will and given away to other couples to raise.

People who “contribute to social deterioration” (i.e. undesirables) “can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility” — in other words, be compelled to have abortions or be sterilized.

A transnational “Planetary Regime” should assume control of the global economy and also dictate the most intimate details of Americans’ lives — using an armed international police force.

holdren.jpg

You can look up Holdren's Sangerite theorising in his 1977 book, Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment. Or simply go to Musings from the Elephant Man.

I know this isn't about guns or country life, but it is about God. I think He's against Holdren, Ginsburg and their new school lebensraum.

Defende Nos.

PS. Food for thought - is there a link to the drug addict satanist A. Crowley in all of this? Note: The rascist eugenicist founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, was a friend and lover of Havelock Ellis - so perhaps there is...
