Considering all the money that Republican Senators take from the Ukraine Lobby, and all of the Neocon politicians like Pompeo, Musk, and Kushner are invested there, and that the new Defense Secretary is an anti-Russia hawk---I wouldn't hold my breath hoping that Ukraine Policy will really change that much.
