I'll be driving off to Windsor/Detroit next week so I thought I should get some practice time at the range. That takes me through Brandon.
Brandon's Post Office |
There's not a lot there, some dirt roads, a few houses, an abandoned Presbyterian church, a small Post Office and a Co-Op.
Brandon's Co-Op |
Some people are afraid of places like Brandon. Perhaps they should be.
T Posts |
I find the Brandonites I know friendly, unlike the Austin leftists who'll rip you off in the maze of a labyrinth and at the drop of a dreadlock.

Shoot straight,

well, someone's feisty-- talking trash about Austin again...
ReplyDeleteThe leftists ARE problematic, being generally hateful, burdened by their imagined injustices, and not valuing life to boot. But these are not the ones in the labyrinths, I tell you! WE are all completely centered... [inhale] ... and calm ... [exhale] ... and loving ... and dreadlock-free...
You should try it some time.
And what? No range results? How'd you fair?
shot well, esp w/ar & 45.
ReplyDeleteWhat could possibly be terrifying about Brandon?
ReplyDeleteAustin simply provides non-paper targets to consider as you walk through a tactical environment.
T-posts are wonderful. We have a 1200 foot fence of lovely T-posts on one side of our property. Our "back yard is fenced in T-posts and I use them for all sorts of supports in the veggie garden.
ReplyDeleteI would like living in Brandon.
Handsome pic of you...
A
I think it's a comsymp Austin/San Fran sort of issue, LL.
ReplyDeleteGood tactical point!
Handy things, the old T Posts.
ReplyDeleteGlad you liked the aging LSP pic...
Looks pretty neat compared to some of the places in N Kali. Any range time is good.
ReplyDeleteBuilt more miles of fence with T posts than I care to remember.
Your a handsome young man.
That was an unusually tidy house...
