I know lots of females that will fight for this country. Too bad the media and the National Socialist Democratic National Party (yeah, I know, redundant 'nationals' but I'm trying to make a point here linking the DNC to the NSDAP, you know, the real NAZIs) don't consider these women as real people since these women don't match the checkboxes of the DNC.
The Rhodie women lost, Beans, but I don't see that happening here, at least not in Texas. That aside, yes. Remember how our Beloved Ruler said black people weren't black if they didn't agree with him? Does that make our Beloved Ruler a POC? Kamala is, obviously, though which blend? It seems to shift.
They lost. But at least they tried. They didn't bend or break. And a lot of them, when the cause was dead, left.
These are the same Rhodie women that Zimbabwe wants to come back to revitalize the country and restore it to its former agricultural glory. Oh, and the Rhodie men, too.
Exactly, Beans. On point: I was interviewing for a commission in the Royal Green Jackets, with Col. Dewer, and he told me, "We can't have any more Rhodesian Light Infantry into the unit, it'd change the complexion of our regiment."
I haven't forgotten that.
Trained with a boy who said, "We've lost everything." And so they did.
I can imagine the South African whites that have escaped that country feel the same way. Lost everything and then got to watch the country that they escaped from fall into Hell-on-this-Earth. Or the expatriate Cubans, or South Vietnamese.
And now we're in the same boat as all of them, watching people actively try to take away what this country is or is supposed to be.

I won't bang on, though it's tempting.
