LL, got it from a friend in Nepal, NFO. Not military but made from suspension spring steel, I think (?)Military kukris tend to be pretty tiny, I've noticed. Hey, the Gurkhas are small as well as incredibly fierce.Curiously, I understand Nepalese are serving in the US Army, good soldiers to boot.
If you draw it, the blade should taste blood before it's sheathed. That's not my rule, more of a Ghurka guideline.
