Some people think the Blessed Ever Virgin Mary's a dead Roman Catholic or, even worse, a pagan idol. No, she's not, she's the Mother of God. Reflect on that. In the meanwhile, El Senor's honored the Empress of the Americas and Queen of Victories:
Can you imagine the loathsome, faked up, stilted, faux rhetorician Obama doing such a thing? Or Clinton, Bushx2, Biden and all the rest of them. No, of course you can't, it's unthinkable. Yet here we are and about time. An actual US President, perhaps the most important figurehead in the world, honoring the Virgin Mother of our Savior. Wow.
Keen-eyed observers of the perennial battle between good and evil will note that the Moslem siege of Malta was lifted on this day in 1565. Hail the Knights of Malta! Valiant knights! Brave defenders of Christendom, who drove the Sea Jihad away from their shores, and did so under the powerful protection of Our Lady, Queen of Victories. A mere 6 years later the Virgin would strike again, smashing a Jihadic fleet at Lepanto. Some of you will recall that she crushes the serpent under heel.
Do you think that the Mother of God herself, the very person who gave birth to the Savior, will abandon us, her son's faithful people? If so, think again.
