Yes, at last, it rained. What. Bliss. Of course if you lived in Ireland or, say, Aberystwth, it wouldn't be such a big deal but here in Texas it is. The heavens opened, lightning cracked down, thunder rolled and all was good on the porch of the Compound.
In related news, Texas Democrats are being redistricted out of existence. Could this gentle rain be their liberal tears, flowing from the rainbow heavens? Such sweet tears.

Looking forward to seeing the TexLegDems lose their funding, lose their jobs, lose their districts, enjoy time in the slammer.
ReplyDeleteHey, a man can dream, right?
As to any dem whining about all of this, gerrymandering and loss of jobs, the Republicans are only doing what the dems have been doing off and on since first coming into existence as a political party. Haha.
Gerrymandering is such an evil thing. Florida dems created a district for Corinne Brown (our version of Mad Maxine, except stupider and more corrupt, seriously, not making it up) that stretched from parts of Jacksonville then sliding along and into areas generally Black all the way down almost to Orlando. A friend of mine had the district come up to the edge of her and her familys' properties, snake around 3 sides and then keep going. That juking around was 1-2 properties wide. Guess who owned said properties?
Evil bullscat needs to get kicked in the cobbers, hard.
Liberal tears are salty and not good for the lawn.
ReplyDeleteBut they are satisfying nonetheless.
It's a blessing to get rain once in a while.
It's a blessing to get rid of Democrats always.
Satans tears...was the water caustic?
