DeleteA few years back, during war games, Germany was reduced to painting broomsticks black, because they didn't have enough guns to out fit their military. That was even in the face of declining recruitment.
ReplyDeleteTheir air force was mostly grounded, their helicopters were not working, let alone ready to be deployed, and their navy wasn't much better. If they aren't interested in funding their own defense, I'm certainly not interested.
