Sugaree

What a band. Please disregard Bob Weir's shorts in other videos, a terrible indiscretion. Speaking of which, I knew a couple of nuns who used to dance at the Fillmore, before being nuns, obvs. One of them, all very Habit and no kidding, denied this, like Peter in the face of further questioning, we were on a Retreat.

"Hey now, sister, in a gadda da vida, eh?" pause, "No, I was never there." Eagle-eye glance, "But last night you said you had been, what changed?" Who knows, good question. Her Mother Superior was transparently holy, seriously, and if she went to Woodstock it didn't matter.

See you at the Laager,

LSP

PS. Are you watching the bogus GOP Primaries? I'm not, I choose to stand against the GloboHomo NWO.

  1. I am not. They won't be debating anything of substance, so why waste my time?
No one worth voting for, sadly.

Did you get any of the rain from the storm, Parson? I pray God will have mercy on Louisiana soon.

You all be safe and God bless.

  2. I was going to watch the poop-circus if Trump was on it, just to see how many GOPers were going all 'ides of March' on him as they try to distance themselves from peaceful attendees of a political rally.

I'll have to find Tucker's interview with him and listen to it.

For all his faults, Trump is, as of this moment, the only one I'd vote for.

  3. I posted President Trump's interview Tucker-on-Twitter or X or whatever the platform is called now on my blog.

Brandon has announced that he's the democrat nominee so there is no need for a convention or debates. He got 81 million votes last time (most popular president in US history) by sitting in a bunker. What's to say that he won't get 150 million votes or 450 million votes this time?

  4. What if they gave a debate and Ray Epps wasn't there?

    Oh, wait......

That would have been the only way I'd have watched that freak show. Asa Hutchinson????? C'mon, man!

  5. Sigh... I hit Fillmore a time or three back in the early 70s...

  6. No rain, Linda...

And as for the ridiculous "primaries," was there ever such a clownshow. Part of me feels we should all go on a vote strike, but that might only encourage them.

  7. Same here, Beans. Man, we've fallen really low on this, as a country.

  8. LL, I'll watch the Tucker thing at VM and maybe repost.

Is there any point in voting? Serious question. Of course if we do we might get indicted, so there is that.

  9. Excellent point, Wild, and kinda zen to boot.

What's the sound of one hand clapping? 81 million votes.

  10. I was too young, NFO, though probably would've gone. These nuns did, though, and converted. One of them was most genuinely holy.

    No kidding.

  11. I saw the Dead at Madison Square Garden a few times in the '80s and '90s. There used to be a capuchin Franciscan church across the street (since shuttered) and I remember seeing the friars locking up the church and looking confused and frightened by all the Dead Heads in tie die t shirts.
