What Does This Even Mean?

Rev. Bingo Allison, real name, is the Church of England's first ever non-binary clergypersyn. Bingo, 36, started off life as a man but had an epiphany reading the first chapters of Genesis and the story of Adam and Eve.

Bingo Gets Commissioned, Note Demonic Episcopal Mask

"There's space in God's creation for change and transformation, just because you're created one way doesn't mean that you can't live another," said the non-binary Vicar who uses the pronouns they/them and identifies as "gender-queer." Bingo serves in the rainbow Diocese of Liverpool, is married to an actual woman and has young children. You can read all about they/them here.

Belcher

In related news, King Charles III has awarded an OBE to Wiltshire Councillor Helen Belcher, real name, who fears a backlash over zhir coveted award, “To be honest, (I feel) a slight fear of what the press reaction is going to be because it’s almost as if trans people can’t do anything right at the moment in the current environment.” Well there you go, play the victim card right after getting an OBE, which is clearly worthless at this point.

Lo and behold, Bingo & Belcher, two dudes who decided they were women. One was inspired by Scripture, no less. But what does this mean?

Most certainly a parody affront to women, see UK TERFS. More seriously, consider the telling pronouns, they/them. You'll recall the exorcism of the Gerasene demoniac, “What is your name?” Jesus asked. “My name is Legion,” he replied, “for we are many.”

Out Demons Out,

  3. A friend of mine said the other day that these people have actually made Feminism seem appealing by comparison. Feminists may have hated men, but at least they knew there was a difference.

  5. "What Does This Even Mean?" Seems like you doped this out very well Padre...it's evil incarnate. Hard to believe that this all started with women as deacons not so long ago.

  6. I dare not look closely at the pictures. I am truly fearful of the abyss...

The ungodly rush, so very unaware, to fulfill the Scriptures. Humanity makes vain attempts to differentiate itself and themselves from the Divine. How clearer than the they/them!

With pardons to Elon, my pronouns are Remain/Orthodox..

  7. Non-binary? Oh, so that's what they are calling mental illness these days.

  8. Bingo has sought to rely on a verse in Genesis. Even the devil can quote scripture. For a sense of what is occuring here see 2 Peter chapter 2

  12. Your friend had a point, Nightwind, and to be fair, UK feminists are putting up some serious kickback against this insanity, unlike the Church or the so-called Conservative party.

People who were trad as the day is long supported the women deacon thing back in the '70s and '80s. My, how that worm turned and accelerated outta sight.

Yes indeed, Prodigal. Behold implacable Providence. Still, and with that in mind, let's not forget "judgement runs out into mercy." (Farrer)

    Good pronouns.

  18. Sure is, NFO. And compassion for an obvious illness is in order, but that's hard when this abhorrence is being pushed as some kind of "greatest civil rights issue of our time. (Biden)
