Just when you thought ACoC (Anglican Church of Canada) had vanished forever into the icy void of deep space than she reappears, boldly "crossing the rainbow."
Keen-eyed xenologists will note ACoC's new top bishop figure, Linda Nicholls, at the back of the tiny church's procession.

That is the first rainbow crosswalk I have ever seen. I can't imagine it is very noticeable.
ReplyDeleteNone of the crosswalks in the captcha were rainbows...

ReplyDeleteMy comments on people who Christ would identify as "whited sepulchers" are uncharitable. He said enough.
ReplyDeleteI think they accomplished something very important for humanity that day.
ReplyDeleteThe symbolism escapes me but the participants probably felt virtuous and christian.

Why did the ACoC cross the road? Because it would be too embarrassing to walk down it.
ReplyDeleteLinda, is it any accident that ACoC landed on a rainbow?
ReplyDeleteI think I'm the first one to coin that acronym, NFO...
ReplyDeleteLL, I don't think he'd be desperately impressed, to put it mildly.
ReplyDeleteThat's the beauty of it, Kid!
ReplyDeleteLook how small ACoC is, WSF. Barely half a rainbow.
ReplyDeleteBrig, that's a very salutary point.
ReplyDeleteJust laughed, Anon.
