Adrienne, I'm not saying that rainbow bears are as vicious as unicorns, but they come a close second.
I thought it was a pretty down to earth infographic, LL. Some think every day holds a rainbow but that's not true. Take Texas, for example. We haven't paid our weather tax and guess what, it hasn't rained. So there CAN'T even be a RAINBOW.
Last year you over-paid your taxes. Nature is compensating.
LL, it never pays to underestimate our old enemy, The Weather.
