It's Bushcraft Wednesday!




At some point the rule of law will break down, and when it does you have to be prepared, prepared to survive in the wild, in the bush. 

Part of that means becoming proficient with firearms, which means training. Lots of it, and that's why we're pleased to present this video, in the hope you find it as helpful as we do, here at the Compound.

    Planning something for Muster Day? (That's what Texans used to call it, now only the Aggies do, everybody else calls it San Jacinto Day.)

    I've thought out loud, that when Texas is independent again, that we bring back the marksmanship contests for Muster Day, as a qualification for voting; can't shoot to defend yourself or the Republic, don't get a say-so in how it's run.
