Tom Hanks, a "woke creep" said Mark Wahlberg, allegedly. No fondness for the song, either. But the convoy theme reminded me of the HMS Edinburgh, fighting the Nazi navy to her own end. The gold treasure recovery is a great coda to the Edinburgh's story. We can still visit HMS Edinburgh's sister (HMS Belfast) on the Thames in London.
