All Souls

Have a blessed Feast of All Souls. Some disagree with praying for the departed and asking for their prayers because they think it idolatry. Others think it pointless; I think I need all the help I can get. S0,

Requiem aeternam dona eis, Domine

Every blessing,

LSP

PS. Just heard from pratsinpower that we're to have some beasts called 'Play Rangers' to look after the children. Enough to make me reach for m'gun - or several.

I thought you were talking about Texas for a minute. Glad I followed the link.

It's pretty plain to see why you live in the US...

Colorado used to be a lot like Texas, few overweening rules, but the Californicators are slowly taking over.

Hello Parson:
I hope you have a Blessed all Souls Day too.
THis is a special feast day for me, because all my relative are dead. This is special day to honor them, and I feel that they are looking out for me up in Heaven. We are not praying "to them". We are praying for them and for them to intercede for us.
God Bless

May you have a Blessed all Souls Day and may your father rest in eternal peace. Amen.

It is late, or early in the morning, so I shall check out that link a bit later in this day. Take care and hugs sent to you from across the miles.

Thanks Borepatch and for sure, foutc - californication has more a bit to answer for...

Well said Bunni - I think some people deliberately 'don't get' All Souls, but its always seemed easy to me. May your people rest in peace.

Thanks for the kind words Darlin - I hope all's well in Edmonton.

God bless,

LSP
